Eleanor Laing backs motion to honour Diamond Jubilee

Eleanor Laing MP supports a motion to honour Her Majesty the Queen in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee and tells MPs that the Queen has been a “shining example and a wonderful inspiration” to women in particular.
