Epping Forest gets unfair treatment over number of gypsy sites

Eleanor Laing writes to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government in support of submissions from other local groups about the unfair treatment given to Epping Forest District in relation to the number of pitches it is required to provide for gypsies and travellers.
